He has worked as Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Province Film and TV Production Industry Association and Vice Secretary General of the China City Image Project Advancement Committee. He has extensive investment and management experience in TMT (technology, media, telecommunications) including in the areas of corporate development and business investment activities. Mr. Deng graduated from Guangzhou Broadcast TV University in 1987.Chiyuan Deng (Fred) leads Ai Era Corp. as Chairman and President, steering the company's global intellectual property strategy, content acquisitions, and expansion into AI-driven media creation.

Under his leadership, AERA has grown from a Nevada-incorporated IP firm into a multi-faceted media and technology company with operations spanning movie theatres, streaming, and AI content generation.

Mr. Ahmad Moradi is a seasoned ICT serial entrepreneur with over 46 years of experience in pioneering technological and business innovations. With a strong academic foundation in mathematics, science, engineering, and international business, After Florida Atlantic University undergarduate and MBA studies, he pursued PhD independet dissertation in the 1986, delving into what is known now as "Symbolic AI" (Expert System). During his career, he inroduced the first AI rule-based multi-specialty practice management software, Office 4te. As a "Knowledge Engineer," Moradi has driven transformative advancements across BFIS, Health, & Media Streaming industries, earning over 36 inductions in Who's Who and prestigious accolades, including U.S. Presidential Gold Medals and the Marquis Who's Who Lifetime Achievement Award. He has held "C" executive leadership roles in several publicly traded companies. With 26 years in the media and AI streaming, launching innovative solutions, and pioneering an AI-driven interactive content delivery network (iCDN) with real-time multi-streaming and advertising patents, Moradi continues to add value serving the industry.
